WELCOME TO BASIS INDEPENDENT FREMONT'S APPLICATION PORTAL

We are now accepting applications to BASIS Independent Fremont Lower (Transitional Kindergarten - Grade 5) and BASIS Independent Fremont Upper (Grades 6 - 9) for the 2024-2025 school year.

NEW FAMILIES:
Please create an account below by first selecting which campus you are applying for. You only need one account per family even if you are applying for two or more children. If you have more than one child, you must submit separate applications for each sibling. You will use your login and password to check on your application status throughout the admissions cycle in the NOTES section of your DASHBOARD.

CURRENT BASIS INDEPENDENT FREMONT FAMILIES:
You only need one account per family, even if you are applying for the sibling(s) of a current BASIS Independent Fremont student. If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, please contact a member of the Admissions team using the contact information provided to the left. Currently enrolled students do not reapply though the application portal. Currently enrolled students will go through their own reenrollment period with the Operations Team beginning in February.

TO ACCESS IN-PROGRESS APPLICATIONS:
You only need one account per family even if you are applying for two or more children. Login below, then click on the DASHBOARD link at the top of the page to view and edit all of your existing student applications and begin a new one. If you do not remember the email address associated with your account, please contact a member of the Admissions team using the contact information provided to the left. Checklists by grade are available for download below.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS (available at BASIS Independent Fremont for Grades 8 - 10):
Please use Google Chrome or Firefox and make sure JavaScript is enabled. International students requiring an F1 Visa must select the International Application Cycle within the application to be reviewed for admission. In the application, the applicant will be asked to upload a scanned copy of your passport bio page. The applicant will also be asked to answer a few short essay questions. Please have the necessary documents ready in order to successfully submit the application. Please also reference the International Student Program Checklist below for all the materials you will need to complete your application.
